SCHOOL FUNDRAISER

Gets 50% and MORE profits on 1, 2, 3 or all 4 fundraising ideas instead of as little as 10 and 25% with many traditional fundraising options!  Traditional fundraising has a history which includes “T and T” sales (trinkets and trash) that include selling overpriced products such as small and often seasonal items such as gift wrap, curios, and/or magazine subscriptions or food sales such as pizza, candy and popcorn.  The students and most often, their parents sell to their friends, fellow employees, relatives, or worse, door-to-door.  Often these types of sales raise delivery and storage issues, concerns over tainted or stale products and potential liability issues.  Then there is storage issues of left over, “not yet picked up” and products since most items are “pay in advance” as with frozen foods and school spirit items! 

Profitability, effectiveness and safety of children are down sides as well.  Recently, "silent auctions" have become popular but this method depends heavily on the generosity of local businesses and item desirability to succeed.  Some districts even try to just seek a donation from families in exchange for limiting or not doing fundraisers!  Imagine real EXCITEMENT about your community fundraising!

As a result, The M & M Team has created a few simple fundraising methods that are fun, fast, easy, and safe.  They are on-site fundraiser options that minimizes volunteerism yet maximizes your profits and does not hinge on the generosity of the business community!

OPTION 1:  Our "JUST FOR FUN FAMILY NIGHT” Show is the perfect mix of merriment and low-key learning and provides a way to get your community involved and excited about supporting your school.  When scheduled in conjunction with an age-geared daytime assembly, the excitement of coming back for more as a family really increases attendance and related profits!  The evening profits can offset the daytime assemblies too.

Mel, fondly know as Mr. M & M (Mr. Muppets and Magic) and puppet extraordinaire “Cool Clyde”, along with slapstick comedy blends tons of fun with a challenging lighthearted educational message which is a truly long lasting memorable and fun fundraising experience!  The high-energy interaction keeps attendees thirsty for more and its satisfaction guaranteed to boot.  An annual school tradition could even start!

WHAT PROFITS CAN WE EXPECT?

School gets 50% of the ticket sales and ALL of the money raised at your concession stand unless you choose not to one.  

WHAT YOU DO IS AS EASY AS 1-2-3

 

1.     Provide a location for the show.

2.     Sell the tickets, either pre-sale, at the door or both.

3.     Photocopy the event flier we supply and send it home to promote the event and you may post the full color fliers we provide at high traffic community locations.

WHAT WE DO

1.     Provide detailed step by-step instructions and direct assistance as needed.

2.     Provide a photocopy ready event flier that you simply photocopy, send home.

3.     Provide customizable news releases and full color event posters for promotion.

4.     Provide the main “satisfaction guaranteed” show.

With just a small amount of effort on your part you could make this show even more profitable!  We provide you with color fliers, ticket masters, press releases, morning announcements, and a guide book filled with ideas to maximize the earning potential of this program!  Simply photocopy the fliers and give to the students to take home, give the press release to your local paper, and keep the students excited with the morning announcements and you'll make a ton of money for your school!

At the end of the show, the school gets 50% OR MORE of the ticket sales plus ALL of the money raised at the concession stand option!  The concession option of selling refreshments at the show could enhance the experience and increase your money making potential.

OPTION 2:  BOOK FAMILY NIGHT WITH A DAYTIME ASSEMBLY

When you book one of The M & M TEAM’s popular daytime educational assembly programs and a "JUST FOR FUN FAMILY NIGHT” Show for the same day;  the standard fee for a solo fundraiser show will be waived.  We share the event risk and increase your profits by receiving only a portion of the ticket sales from you!   We make money only after you make money?

OPTION 3:  SALE OF M & M TEAM PRODUCTS ON FAMILY NIGHT

Looking for something different that will last a little longer than one night?  We have a limited number of “M & M TEAM live”  DVD’s and other products you can share the profits on.  They will provide hours of entertainment and encourage kids too.  Once again, there is no risk to you! Your school gets 50% of the sales.

OPTION 4: UNIQUE NEW OPTION AVAILABLE: DiscAnew Disc Cleaning and Repair Service

Together, I believe a substantial amount of funds can be raised!  We clean and repair scratched or surface damaged CD, CD-ROM, DVD, BLUE RAY, and GAMING OR OTHER DISCS.

 

· Because our money making plan is parent-driven, NO CHILDREN ARE “AT RISK” from door-to-door sales. 

· We are service-based therefore the customer receives $3.00 – 4.50 per disc in direct service and save the customer green!

· You make GREAT PROFITS FOR THE TIME COMMITTED: $1.25 profit when we directly deliver and $1.75 per disc when you help in delivery so YOU make a lot of green.

· We’re ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY by re-use thus saving landfill space.

· We’re VOLUNTEER FRIENDLY— A small group can make a difference.

· We DO NOT CONFLICT OR INTERFERE with an ongoing product based fundraiser.  Your customer base will likely have no conflict with spending $4.25 per disc for cleaned discs directly delivered back to them while you receive $1.25 - $1.75 per disc.

·                   Your primary involvement can be to introduce DiscAnew to your potential customers, take the orders/payments, and ship the discs to us.  We clean them and ship discs directly to your customers.  The rate is $4.25 and your group gets $1.25 profit but delivery assistance gain you $1.75 per disc.
